Sequoia Mental Health is offering holistic retreats built for your healing, wellness, and ability to recharge. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and want a weekend away to reset, refocus, and get back on your feet, these will be for you.

Retreats for everyone

If you feel fried, tired, and overwhelmed, this is a space for you. Maybe you don’t want to do weeks of therapy, but just have a weekend away to rest and get back on your feet.

Our retreats include yoga, hiking, guided processing (journaling/meditation), intentional meals, guided exercises to help you feel more yourself, ground yourself, and leave feeling like you’ve done something healthy for yourself.

Retreats for therapists

We all are after CEU’s, and all of us are tired of talking about the same stuff at retreats. Come and experience an intentional slow down, breathing room, and space to actually practice what we teach in session.

We will include movement (hikes, yoga), guided time in meditation/breath work, good food, and presentations from holistic workers to not just look at continuing education, but also look at ways to continue growth, healing, and rest.
